1/4 oz vodka
1/4 oz gin
3/4 oz Midori melon liqueur
splash whiskey sour mix


Combine in shot glass as listed. Chase with a lemon wedge.

2 oz gin
1 ½ oz
orange juice
2 dashes bitters


Shake with ice in a shaker then strain out ice.

 

Arcadia

1 ½ oz gin
½ oz Galliano
½ oz Crème de Bananes
½ oz grapefruit juice


Shake with ice in a shaker then strain out ice.

 

Once Upon A Time

1 ½ oz gin
½ oz apricot brandy
½ oz Lillet

Stir in a tall glass or mixing jug with crushed or broken ice and then strain out ice.

 

Brian's Belief

1 ½ oz Anejo rum
½ oz dark Crème de Cacao
½ oz lemon juice
2 tsp fine sugar
4 oz cold tea


Shake all but tea. Strain. Add tea + stir.

 

Joy to The World

1 ½ oz Anejo rum
½ oz bourbon
½ oz dark Crème de Cacao


Stir in a tall glass or mixing jug with crushed or broken ice and then strain out ice.

 

Secret Place

1 ½ oz dark rum
½ oz cherry brandy
2 tsp dark Crème de Cacao
4 oz cold coffee


Stir.
